"First you take the head, and roast it with a couple of slices of tomatoe. Add some Oregano, and then put an apple in it's mouth. Roast it for about an hour, until it's nice and black. Then you take the rest of the body, stuff it into the microwave oven, full power, for about 3 minutes, make sure it's cooked all the way through, or it may be toxic. We have cheated a little, we have already have a finished gungan in the oven. So we're taking it out, and decorating it with, tomatos, broccoli and cheese, topping it off with a Stoormtrooper mask.
